Requirement

- Candidate should have good knowledge in real estate 

- Managerial experience of not less than 3 years

- Should be able to lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

- Ensure that business needs are been met 

- Delegating responsibility and supervising business operations

- Assessing employee performance and training, motivating & coaching employees

Qualification

BSc, MSc in relevant field of study
